Digital Marketing Lead – AI (WFH)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Experience: 7–12 Years

Mode of Engagement: Full-time

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).

What We Are Looking For

  • Lead and manage data-driven digital marketing initiatives across global markets.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation platforms to optimize marketing performance.
  • Develop and execute AI-driven content strategies using generative AI and automation workflows.
  • Drive performance marketing optimization across SEO, SEM, paid ads, and multi-channel campaigns.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies using AI tools and automation platforms.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, email automation, and content distribution across global channels.
  • Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, etc.) for content generation, personalization, and segmentation.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics dashboards and optimize using predictive modeling.
  • Improve conversions through AI-enabled A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel improvements.
  • Work with sales and product teams to align marketing roadmaps with business goals.
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, LinkedIn, website pages, case studies, and marketing collaterals.
  • Implement marketing automation for lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and remarketing.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging AI marketing technologies.

Qualifications


  • 7–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years using AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Writesonic, HubSpot AI, Zapier AI, etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, content strategy, and multi-channel lead-generation funnels.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of generative AI workflows and prompt engineering is a plus.
