Roles & Responsibilities:

B2B Sales Executive

• Identify and approach potential clients (SMEs, corporates) for investment banking and loan distribution services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their funding and investment needs.
• Meet monthly targets for lead conversions and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and documentation.

Digital Marketing Associate

• Plan and execute social media and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads for funding and advisory services.
• Manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and company websites.
• Analyze ad performance and optimize for higher ROAS.
• Assist in creating marketing collateral for investor and client outreach.

Business Development Executive

• Develop and manage partnerships with DSAs, financial consultants, and corporate clients.
• Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry forums to represent Bajaj Capital Advisor.
• Assist in proposal drafting, pitch preparation, and client follow-ups.
• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products and market trends (preferred for B2B Sales and BD).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Digital marketing certification or experience (preferred for Digital Marketing role).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
