What You Will Do

1. Social Media Marketing

• Plan and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Coordinate with the design team or use

  Canva

  to create branded posts.
• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, interactions).
• Monitor post performance and optimize based on insights.

2. Email Marketing

• Assist in drafting email campaigns, newsletters, and nurturing sequences.
• Segment email lists and maintain proper audience data.
• Track email performance (Open Rate, CTR, Unsubscribe, Conversions).
• Run A/B tests on subject lines and messaging styles.

3. Content Support

• Write short content: captions, email copy, campaign messaging.
• Research topics and collect inputs for blog ideas and social posts.

4. Reporting & CRM Support

• Maintain CRM / sheet records of campaigns and lead interactions.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and improvements.

What You Should Already Know

• Basic understanding of

  Social Media Marketing

  (especially LinkedIn & Instagram).
• Familiarity with

  Email Tools

  (Mailchimp / SendGrid / HubSpot / Apollo).
• Good

  English writing

  and communication skills.
• Ability to use

  Canva + ChatGPT

  for content creation.
• Eagerness to take initiative —

  not waiting for constant instructions

  .

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Mandatory)

• WhatsApp Marketing Tools (Interakt / WATI / Gallabox)
• Experience with LinkedIn Outreach Tools (Apollo, Snov, Sales Navigator)
• Basic analytics understanding (Google Analytics / Insights dashboards)
