We are looking for a motivated Retention Marketing Intern to join our team and support initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and drive repeat purchases. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth.

• Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns through WhatsApp, live chat, and CRM platforms.
• Engage directly with customers to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Support CRM-driven customer journeys, including automated flows, reactivation campaigns, and loyalty communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design personalized messaging and promotional strategies for different customer segments.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (conversion rates, retention, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new retention opportunities in the D2C space.
• Contribute to improving the overall customer experience by identifying gaps in communication and suggesting enhancements.

• Must have prior Internship Experience
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, customer retention, and CRM.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing, live chat platforms, or CRM tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to campaign metrics is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced D2C environment.

• Practical exposure to CRM platforms and D2C business models.
