Our team is seeking an analytical, motivated MBA fresher with foundational digital marketing analytics experience, ready to collaborate on consulting projects that deliver actionable business insights.


What You’ll Do

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze digital marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Campaign Optimization: Support in planning, monitoring, and evaluating SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Insight Synthesis: Develop compelling dashboards and reports that communicate data-driven recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Market Research: Segment audiences, analyze competitors, and present findings for strategic growth opportunities.
  • Experimentation: Assist with A/B testing and campaign diagnostics to improve digital marketing ROI.
  • Collaboration: Partner with data engineers, analysts, and senior consultants to deliver results and inform decision-making.
  • Consulting Interaction: Present insights in client meetings and contribute to ongoing consulting engagements.
  • Brand & Content Consistency: Ensure all analytics deliverables align with Bloom AI brand voice and standards.


What We’re Looking For

  • Recent MBA graduate, preferably with specialization in Marketing, Analytics, or related fields.
  • Exposure to digital marketing analytics through internships, freelance work, or campus projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). Bonus: SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to present complex data in clear, visual formats for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of major social media and digital advertising platforms.
  • Comfortable experimenting with Gen AI tools and learning new approaches in marketing analytics.
  • Interest in financial services and experience with short-form business content/copywriting is a plus.
