Our team is looking for a skilled Python developer with a passion for AI and building intelligent solutions that drive real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and productionize advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to provide LLMs with contextual, proprietary knowledge.
• Build, evaluate, and orchestrate AI agents capable of executing multi-step tasks, using tools, and performing complex reasoning.
• Integrate and optimize the OpenAI API and other LLMs for cost, latency, and performance.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to continuously monitor and improve the accuracy, relevance, and quality of AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex product requirements into functional AI solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building applications with the OpenAI API or other LLM APIs.
• Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
