Digital Marketing Head

Role Purpose:

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing overall digital marketing strategy. Lead a team to create online campaigns, manage social media, optimize website performance, and analyze data to improve overall digital presence and ROI.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and strategize digital marketing campaigns.

2. Coordinate overall CRM implementation.

3. Coordinate overall Cloud Telephony

4. Ideate content for Social Media poster design

5. Liaison with Meta/Google support and resolve issues of all company platforms for geographical content as well as text contents.

6. Coordinate digital marketing team

7. Coordinate overall SEO Activities

8. Lead and support the Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality creative projects.

9. Ensure alignment of design work with brand standards and business objectives.

10. Administer the implementation of ERP systems to improve operational efficiency.

11. Provide Bitrix24 training for new joiners.

12. Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.

13. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.

14. Oversee the maintenance and development of digital platforms, including the website and social media.

15. Ensure all platforms are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing goals.

16. Work with various teams to align digital initiatives with overall company objectives.

17. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and digital performance.

18. Coordinate with web developer with content updating, SEO errors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
