We are hiring a Digital Marketing Expert who owns organic search, paid search, and AI-driven discovery end-to-end. This role goes beyond ranking on Google. You will ensure our brands are discoverable, cited, and recommended across traditional search engines and AI-first platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. You are accountable for traffic, leads, ROI, and growth. Strategy matters. Execution matters more.


Key Responsibilities

SEO. Organic & AI Search

  • Own SEO strategy across Google, Bing, You.com, and AI search surfaces
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping
  • Build topical authority via pillar pages, content clusters, and E-E-A-T frameworks
  • Optimise on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Core Web Vitals, site structure, crawl health
  • Implement structured data and schema (JSON-LD, FAQ, VideoObject, SoftwareApplication)
  • Optimise content for zero-click results, conversational queries, and AI citation visibility
  • Monitor rankings, impressions, backlinks, crawl errors, and AI-generated mentions


SEM. Paid Search & Performance

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Own PPC budgets, bidding strategies, and CAC targets
  • Continuously test ad copy, keywords, audiences, and landing pages to maximise ROI
  • Align paid search with organic and content strategies for full-funnel impact


Content Strategy & Execution

  • Define content strategy across blogs, landing pages, comparison pages, case studies, and product content
  • Work with writers, designers, and video teams to ship high-quality, search-optimised content
  • Leverage AI tools to scale ideation, drafting, optimisation, and experimentation
  • Ensure all content is aligned with SEO guidelines and business goals


Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Track performance across organic, paid, and AI discovery channels
  • Analyse traffic, conversions, bounce rates, rankings, spend, and ROI
  • Produce clear, actionable reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Use insights to continuously refine strategy and execution


Strategy & Enablement

  • Define and maintain internal SEO and SEM best practices
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, AI-search shifts, and digital marketing trends
  • Educate internal teams on SEO, content optimisation, and performance marketing fundamentals
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, content, and design teams


Success Metrics

  • Growth in qualified organic and paid traffic
  • Lead generation and conversion rate improvement
  • Reduced CAC and improved ROI
  • Search rankings and topical authority gains
  • Visibility and citations in AI-generated responses


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in SEO and SEM
  • Strong command of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Proven experience running and optimising Google Ads campaigns
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Google Ads
  • Advanced keyword research and competitive analysis skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Excellent communication and project ownership


Preferred / Bonus Experience

  • Experience optimising for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude)
  • Background in B2B SaaS, software products, or digital agencies
  • Familiarity with schema.org, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Experience with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Frase, NeuronWriter
  • Exposure to content-led growth or product-led growth environments
