Key Responsibilities

Website & SEO

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimise website content for better rankings, increase traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor technical SEO issues and work with developers for fixes.

Paid Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and maximise ROI.
• Create retargeting campaigns to nurture leads.

Social Media Marketing

• Collaborate with Content writer to create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X etc.
• Grow engagement and community through organic and paid activities.

Content & Email Marketing

• Work with writers to develop blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and case studies.
• Run drip campaigns and promotional email campaigns.
• Measure open rates, CTR, and conversions for optimisation.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Microsoft Clarity and Search Console.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure campaigns meet business objectives.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with sales for lead generation campaigns.
• Coordinate with Content & Design team for SEO & SMM campaigns.
• Suggest and implement new ideas for growth and brand visibility.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in

  SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing

  .
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS is a must.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
