About the Role: We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team for a fast-growing mobile gaming project. You will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing campaigns, managing social media engagement, coordinating with creators, and optimizing user acquisition strategies to grow the game's player base and community. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, influencer promotions) Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Discord) with high-engagement content Collaborate with content creators, streamers, and esports partners to boost visibility Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies based on insights Track user acquisition funnels and execute re-targeting strategies Coordinate with design and video teams to produce campaign creatives Stay updated with mobile gaming trends, memes, and community-driven content Organize online events, giveaways, tournaments, and Discord activities Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in gaming or entertainment Hands-on with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, etc. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator management Ability to create campaign reports and performance dashboards Excellent communication skills and creative thinking Passion for mobile gaming and understanding of battle royale genre is a bonus Preferred Skills: Experience in community building on Discord or similar platforms Exposure to mobile gaming influencer ecosystem in India Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editors Ability to write catchy copies, memes, and game-related content What We Offer: Work on a growing AAA-level mobile game project Opportunity to shape one of India’s emerging game IPs Creative freedom and fast-paced learning environment Collaboration with top creators and gaming communities How to Apply?
