XSQUADS Tech Private Limited is a fast-growing game development company focused on delivering high-quality and immersive gaming experiences. We are looking for a talented 3D Asset Artist to create detailed and visually appealing props, weapons, and other in-game assets. Job Responsibilities · Design and model high-quality 3D props, weapons, gear, and interactive objects for a multiplayer game. · Create detailed textures, materials, and realistic PBR assets for in-game use. · Work closely with the art team to maintain visual consistency and performance optimization. · Utilize AI-assisted tools and procedural generation to speed up asset creation. · Ensure all assets meet game engine constraints and real-time rendering standards. · Optimize models for performance while maintaining high visual fidelity. · Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure proper asset integration in the game. Requirements · Minimum 3 years of experience · Proven experience as a 3D Asset Artist, Prop Artist, or Weapon Artist in the gaming industry. · Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya or ZBrush. · Strong skills in UV unwrapping, texturing, and material creation (Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.). · Experience with game engines like Unity 3D or Unreal Engine. · Knowledge of PBR workflow, lighting, and shading techniques. · Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for asset creation and enhancement. · Strong understanding of weapon and prop design for FPS/TPS games. · Ability to optimize models and textures for real-time performance. Preferred Skills · Experience with procedural generation and AI-assisted texturing workflows. · Understanding of hard-surface modeling techniques. · Knowledge of rigging and animation-ready asset creation. · Experience working on AAA or mobile game projects. · Passion for creating immersive and detailed 3D game assets.
