Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Hospitality & Tours

.Position Summary:

We seek a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage social-media campaigns, paid ads, content creation, and analytics for our hospitality and tours division. Food and shared accommodation are provided for out-station candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule and publish daily / weekly posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube Shorts / Reels, etc.

Develop creative content (graphics, reels, blogs, emails) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.

Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, remarketing, basic SEO / SEM).

Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics and provide actionable reports.

Coordinate with design and sales teams for promotions of rooms, tours, EV-charging and restaurant offers.

Support email and WhatsApp marketing for lead generation, nurturing and retargeting.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Media (preferred)

Experience: Minimum 2+ year in Digital Marketing / Social-Media Management

Skills:  – Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva / Photoshop, basic video

editing  – Good English written & verbal communication (Malayalam / Hindi is a plus)

1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Automation.

Understanding of landing pages, UTM tracking, and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).

* Good communication and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.

* Experience with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, or Mautic.

Ability to create short promotional videos or reels (CapCut, InShot).

Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing.

Strong organization and ability to meet campaign deadlines
