Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Hospitality & Tours

.Position Summary:

We seek a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage social-media campaigns, paid ads, content creation, and analytics

This role is perfect for a performance-driven marketer who excels at blending Marketing Automation with creative social media strategies to drive ROI.

Food and shared accommodation are provided for out-station candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Social & Content: Plan and execute daily posts/reels across Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Paid Media: Run and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Automation & CRM: Manage lead nurturing and retargeting via HubSpot, Zoho, or Mautic.
  • Analytics: Track performance using GA4 and Search Console to provide actionable reports.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and design teams to promote rooms, tours, and EV-charging services.

Candidate Requirements

1–4 years experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Strong Social Media Marketing experience (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reels, Shorts)
Experience with CRM / Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Mautic, Marketo)
Ability to create short marketing videos / reels (CapCut, InShot)
Proficient in Canva / basic graphic design tools
Good English communication skills (Malayalam/Hindi preferred)
Ability to work independently and meet campaign deadlines
Willing to work on-site; out-station candidates welcome (food & accommodation provided)
