Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Chennai

Preferred Background: Marketing Agency

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, preferably from an agency environment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in performance marketing, social media management, content coordination, and campaign execution across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, optimize, and report on campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of creatives & videos.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor content to enhance brand presence.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Track KPIs such as Hook Rate, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization.

3. Content & Creative Coordination

  • Ideate monthly content calendars in collaboration with the team.
  • Brief the design team and ensure brand consistency across all communication.
  • Assist in writing captions, ad copies, and blog content as required.

4. SEO & Website Management

  • Coordinate basic SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimizations, and performance audits.
  • Upload/update website content and monitor website analytics.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Track competitor activities and industry benchmarks.

6. Client & Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate directly with clients (if agency-based role) for updates, approvals, and suggestions.
  • Work closely with designers, performance marketers, and content writers for seamless workflow.
  • Manage timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.

7. Additional Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with the latest updates, digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and offline marketing activities when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Good communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, and SEO tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
