Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketer with at least 3 years of experience to join our IT company’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing online presence, increasing engagement, and driving qualified leads through strategic social media campaigns. You will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, and analytics across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities:  Help in implementing a social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and brand goals.  Create and manage engaging content (text, image, video, and live content) tailored to each platform.  Manage company presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.  Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.  Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to promote IT services, case studies, blogs, and events.  Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and new social media features to drive innovation. Required Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.  3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing.  Strong understanding of B2B marketing and audience segmentation.  Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.  Ability to multitask and manage several campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Skills and Certifications:  Thinker - having creative sensibilities to merge technology with human values  Certification in Social Media Marketing is a plus  Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles  Basic video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)  Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Show more Show less
