Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing various online marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining social media presence, as well as measuring and reporting the performance of digital marketing campaigns against set goals such as ROI and KPIs. You will be expected to identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance, brainstorm innovative growth strategies through digital marketing, and conduct experiments and conversion tests to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaboration with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and enhance user experience will be a key part of your responsibilities. Utilizing strong analytical skills, you will evaluate customer experience across different channels and touchpoints, identify critical conversion points, and optimize user funnels. Your role will also involve working with agencies and vendor partners, evaluating emerging technologies, and providing thought leadership for their adoption when suitable. You should possess skills in creating and maintaining client relationships, be self-motivated with a customer-centric approach, proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis, and have a creative mindset to devise engaging digital campaigns targeting specific audiences. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field and have proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry. Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns will be advantageous for this role.,
