Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Digital Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll manage social media platforms, digital ad campaigns, email and WhatsApp marketing, and performance analytics — all to strengthen our brand presence and drive measurable growth. You’ll work closely with the design teams to create engaging, conversion-focused digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media, Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts

• Develop and maintain content calendars for social platforms

• Execute and optimize email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with designers to create engaging visual creatives

• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools

• Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve website performance and ranking

• Suggest and implement new digital marketing strategies to boost engagement and ROI

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the D2C or e-commerce sector

• Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid ads, and content strategy

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and web analytics tools

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under deadlines

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus

• Email Marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)

• WhatsApp Marketing Tools (Interakt or similar)

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital trends
