Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance & Lead Gen

    • Launch/manage

      Google Ads (Search/PMAX/Remarketing)

      and

      Meta/LinkedIn Ads

      focused on CPL/CAC targets; build retargeting funnels.
    • Own

      landing pages

      (copy, forms, basic CRO); coordinate with design/dev for A/B tests.
  • SEO & Web

    • Execute on-page (titles, internal links, schemas), off-page (quality backlinks), and technical hygiene; track

      GA4/Search Console

      metrics.
  • Content & Social

    • Manage LinkedIn & Instagram calendars; repurpose blogs/case studies into short posts, carousels, and reels.
    • Draft

      email campaigns

      (newsletters, nurture drips) and

      WhatsApp Business

      broadcasts; maintain list hygiene and UTM discipline. Typical tasks for this role include creating campaigns, coordinating with sales, preparing emails/newsletters, and following social best practices. Indeed+1
  • Sales Alignment

    • Work with sales to define lead criteria (MQL SQL), set feedback loops, and improve

      form fill meeting

      conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Weekly dashboards for

      CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS/ROMI, keyword & creative performance

      ; monthly insights & next-step experiments.
  • B2B/Industry-Specific

    • Build playbooks for verticals (corporate offices, warehouses, hospitals, clinics, retail, co-working, Japanese firms).
    • Coordinate listings/lead platforms (e.g., IndiaMART) and events/webinars for product lines (firewalls, CCTV, EPBX/IPBX, UPS).

Must-Have Skills

  • 12 years hands-on with

    Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Search Console

    , and an email tool.
  • Working knowledge of

    SEO basics

    ,

    UTMs

    , and

    A/B testing

    ; basic design/video (Canva/CapCut) is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting for B2B (ad copy, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, emails).
  • Excel/Sheets for performance tracking; familiarity with

    Zoho/HubSpot CRM

    is a plus.

Industry templates highlight planning/execution across channels, brand consistency, and performance tracking as core requirements.
