About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate has proven experience in SEO, SEM, keyword research, and data-driven performance marketing , with a strong understanding of digital funnels and conversion optimization. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to increase qualified leads and brand awareness. Conduct keyword research , optimize website content, and execute SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) ensuring high ROI and conversion rates. Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) to manage and nurture leads. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and user experience alignment. Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to continually optimize performance. Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across landing pages and email campaigns. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹21,367.50 - ₹50,000.00 per month Expected hours: 35 per week
