Job Description

Job Summary We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Google Ads Expert to join our marketing team. This role involves designing, launching, and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive leads, sales, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, video, Shopping) Conduct in‑depth keyword research and competitive analysis Write compelling ad copy and design/advise landing pages to improve conversion rates Implement bidding strategies and budget allocation to maximize ROI/ROAS Monitor metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate; perform A/B tests and optimizations Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes and PPC best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related (or equivalent experience) Google Ads certification (Search, Display, Video, etc.) 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (agency or in-house) Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data tools Excellent ad copywriting, keyword research, and budget management skills Bonus: experience with Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads; basic SEO knowledge Key Responsibilities Design and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (images, video, graphics, written) Manage scheduling, community engagement, and customer interactions Monitor analytics; track KPIs like engagement, reach, traffic; adjust strategy accordingly Run and optimize social media ad campaigns across platforms Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaigns Identify and liaise with influencers and brand advocates Stay current with platform trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications1–3 years of proven social media marketing experience Strong content creation skills and familiarity with visual tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing) Proficiency with analytics (native insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication; brand voice consistency Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced team environment
