Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital tools, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels. Optimize website content and structure for SEO and improve organic search rankings. Manage and grow social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement. Track and analyze key metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot. Create and send email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product teams to align marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform digital strategy. Monitor trends in digital marketing and bring forward new ideas for innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (internships may be considered for entry-level roles). Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
