The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled in visual storytelling, and proactive in driving impactful branding and engagement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, so cultural awareness and flexibility in work timings are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and update HostDimes social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest).
  • Enhance the companys brand image by monitoring, moderating, and engaging across all channels.
  • Drive growth in followers and engagement through creative campaigns, contests, and promotions.
  • Track and analyze social media trends, platform insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Marketing Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns and assist in producing marketing materials.
  • Collaborate on website updates and development of marketing collaterals.
  • Support planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Partner with the sales team to design strategies for lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Create and maintain catalogues, brochures, case studies, and professional PPT presentations.
  • Design collaterals for departmental needs such as recruitment, sales promotions, and events.

Content Creation & Multimedia

  • Plan, capture, and edit professional videos and photos for branding and campaigns.
  • Apply graphics, music, and effects for polished, social media-ready content.
  • Maintain updated visual assets of facilities, infrastructure, events, and people.
  • Design creative assets for blogs, social media, marketing collateral, banners, and signage using Adobe Creative Suite.

Tools & Process Management

  • Assist in implementing and managing scheduling and analytics tools for social media.
  • Ensure content approval workflows and branding consistency.
  • Actively contribute to Jira, Confluence, and internal communication processes.
  • Compile and design monthly internal and external newsletters.
  • Coordinate with teams to report and resolve platform-related issues in a timely manner.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track performance of marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Generate insights and reports to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Analyze metrics from Google Ads, SEO, and PPC campaigns for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA/Bachelors/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT/ Data Centre B2B marketing.
