Job Description: Digital Marketing & AI SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & AI Specialist with strong expertise in sales, paid advertising, branding, and AI-powered content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaigns, driving conversions, and developing creative marketing assets using advanced AI tools. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Growth: Generate leads, convert prospects, and support revenue growth through strategic marketing and persuasive communication. AI-Based Marketing: Utilize AI tools for content generation, analytics, automation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. Meta Ads Management: Plan, create, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns using advanced targeting and A/B testing to achieve high ROI. Google Ads Execution: Manage Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns with strong keyword strategies and data-driven optimization. Branding & Creative Strategy: Develop strong brand identities, storytelling, and consistent visual and messaging guidelines across all platforms. Campaign Development: Build and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish — planning, execution, monitoring, and performance reporting. Paid Advertising: Handle full-funnel paid media strategies, retargeting campaigns, budget optimization, and performance scaling. AI Video Editing: Create engaging video content using AI-powered editing tools for ads, reels, promotions, and multi-platform content (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). Content Promotion: Execute social media promotions, audience engagement activities, and creative content strategies to increase visibility and conversions. Required SkillsStrong background in digital marketing, sales, and performance marketing Expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Knowledge of AI marketing tools, automation, and analytics Skilled in AI-based video editing (CapCut, Runway, Descript, etc.) Excellent understanding of branding, positioning, and creative strategy Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and improve marketing performance Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
