About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage our audience, and generate business leads for Orex Trade’s global trade network. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage daily posting, engagement, and content scheduling across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.). Create compelling content (posts, stories, reels, blogs, short videos) tailored for each platform. Track performance using analytics tools, prepare monthly reports, and optimize campaigns. Manage paid campaigns and promotions to increase reach and lead generation. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep Orex ahead in the market. Handle community management – respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly. Support digital campaigns for new product launches, trade events, and membership promotions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Executive. Strong knowledge of major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok). Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho Social). Ability to create engaging content (graphics, short videos, captions). Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and digital marketing trends is a plus. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
