We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive (PPC + AI Content Creation Pro) Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai Experience: 1–2 years Are you that rare hybrid—part analyst, part artist, and part AI whisperer? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who lives for performance marketing , breathes content , and knows how to make AI Tools like: ChatGPT, Perplexity, CopyAI, etc. to work as their creative sidekicks. What You’ll Do: PPC & Paid Media Mastery: Run high-performing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns across various client verticals. Set up, monitor, and optimize ads for maximum ROAS & lead quality. Handle keyword bidding strategies, A/B ad testing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation like a pro. AI-Powered Content Creation Use tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Jasper, Copy.ai , etc. to generate high-performing ad copy, blog ideas, email templates, and landing page content. Create and manage content in both English and Tamil—blogs, social media posts, website copy, and YouTube scripts. Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality, on-brand material. Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs across all digital platforms and report on campaign performance. Suggest improvements based on insights and optimize future campaigns. Customer Engagement: Interact with our online community, respond to queries, and build relationships with our audience Develop retention strategies to build long-term customer loyalty. Who You Are: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory). 1–2 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation. Proficient in AI writing tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Jasper, etc. Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising tools. Bonus: Certifications in Google Analytics or Google Ads. Creative thinker with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for digital trends. Bilingual writing skills (English & Tamil) is a big plus! Why Martech Minds?
