Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our sales and revenue operations by managing Online Travel Agent (OTA) accounts and conducting cold calling to generate leads and bookings. This is an office-based role suited for individuals with a strong understanding of OTA platforms, excellent communication skills, and a drive for achieving revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 OTA Handling: Social Media Marketing   Manage and update property listings on OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, etc.   Optimize room rates, inventory, and promotions on OTA platforms to maximize revenue   Analyze daily bookings, cancellations, and price fluctuations to adjust strategies   Maintain accurate availability and pricing across all channels   Coordinate with the front desk, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure listing consistency and promotional accuracy   Monitor competitor pricing and positioning for market insights   Handle OTA-related queries, disputes, and customer reviews professionally 🔹 Cold Calling & Sales Support:   Make outbound calls to potential B2B/B2C clients to promote services, convert inquiries, and generate new bookings   Identify and pursue new business opportunities and corporate tie-ups   Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and prospect databases   Assist the revenue team in lead generation and client relationship building   Support revenue reporting and performance tracking Qualifications and Skills:   Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Business Administration, or a related field   1–3 years of experience in OTA management, travel sales, or a similar role   Good understanding of OTA portals and revenue optimization tools   Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)   Confident with cold calling and outbound sales techniques   Strong organizational and analytical skills   Proficiency in MS Excel, OTA extranets, and CRM tools Key Attributes:   Self-motivated and target-driven   Detail-oriented and tech-savvy   Team player with a customer-first mindset   Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
