Job Description

We’re looking for a digitally savvy, curious, and proactive Content & Growth Marketing Strategist who wants to kick-start their career at the intersection of Content, SEO, and Digital Marketing. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn how content drives growth in modern tech and SaaS businesses. You’ll work closely with our Sales and marketing team to shape content strategies, optimize digital assets, and support growth-focused initiatives. If you’re a self-starter who loves storytelling, analyzing what works, and experimenting with modern tools like AI in Marketing— this is a great opportunity to grow fast.


Roles & responsibilities :

Organic Growth & SEO Support

Assist in keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Help optimize existing web pages and blog posts using on-page SEO best practices. Track performance using AI Tools and other tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, and Ahrefs. Contribute to SEO audits and reporting processes.


Content Strategy & Planning

Support the maintenance of an editorial calendar aligned with business goals. Assist in writing SEO content briefs for blogs, landing pages, and case studies. Collaborate with writers and designers to ensure consistency, quality, and relevance. Suggest new content formats and ideas based on industry trends.


Marketing & Growth Execution

Support multi-channel campaigns with content and SEO insights. Identify and repurpose high-performing content for social, email, and web. Track content performance and suggest optimizations based on user behavior metrics. Help shape brand messaging through ongoing research and collaboration.


Technical SEO Awareness

Learn to conduct basic site audits (speed, crawlability, mobile UX). Support the setup of sitemaps, canonical tags, and schema markups. Ensure published content follows basic SEO and CMS best practices.

  • MBA


Skills :

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals (through coursework or internships). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work with AI Tools and other tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, WordPress, etc.
  • Analytical mindset – curiosity about how users interact with content and what drives performance.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a tech-focused marketing environment.


Bonus Points:

  • Internships or projects in SEO, content, or digital marketing
  • Exposure to tools like SurferSEO, Jasper.ai, or Frase
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and how they influence marketing
