Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Company: ISMAT Location: Chennai About Us: ISMAT was founded in 1981 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. ISMAT is a seal manufacturing company that caters to the Oil and Gas, Earthmoving and Food & Beverage industry. We manufacture components like: - O-rings - Valve seats - X-rings - Lip seals - Spring energized seals - Hammer Union seals - Packing Elements etc. These products are mainly used as sealing components in Ball Valves, Butterfly valves, Pumps, Braking Systems of Mining trucks, Hammer Unions and Packers of Oilfield equipment etc. Parelite Seals is a sub-division of ISMAT where we manufacture seals specifically for hydraulic cylinder applications. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing activities for our two brands, ISMAT and Parelite Seals. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. Responsibilities: β LinkedIn Marketing: β Researching, creating, and scheduling engaging content for LinkedIn posts. β Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting. β Identifying and reaching out to potential leads through direct messaging. β Developing and implementing LinkedIn growth strategies. β Providing regular reports on LinkedIn performance and lead generation efforts. β Search Engine Optimization (SEO): β Performing keyword research and implementing on-page and off-page optimization strategies. β Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. β Writing and optimizing blog posts and other website content for search engines. β Developing growth strategies for organic traffic. β Google Ads: β Conducting thorough target audience research to identify key demographics and interests. β Setting up and managing conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness. β Performing keyword research and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. β Analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and developing data-driven ad strategies. β Email Newsletter Marketing: β Creating compelling and engaging content for email newsletters. β Managing email lists and segmenting audiences for targeted campaigns. β Tracking email campaign performance and providing regular reports on key metrics. β Website Management β Tracking and Optimizing Website for conversions, loading speed and content β Preparing content for new web pages that must be added β Updating the website with new product launches β Vendor Management: β Managing relationships with existing digital marketing vendors to ensure they meet agreed-upon scope of work. β Researching and identifying new vendors when necessary. β Preparing and managing Scope of Work (SOWs) and negotiating pricing with vendors. β Collateral Design Management: β Overseeing the design and production of marketing collateral, including catalogs, flyers, and handbooks, in collaboration with vendors. β Content Preparation β Shooting videos and photos for use in LinkedIn posts and other digital channels. β Conducting research on industry-related topics to inform content creation. β Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and prepare accurate and engaging content. Skills Required: β Google Ads (including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting) β Google Analytics (including website traffic analysis, goal tracking, and reporting) β SEO (including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building) β Email marketing (including content creation, list management, and campaign analysis) β LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for marketing and lead generation β Vendor management (including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management) β Graphic design (understanding of design principles and experience working with designers) β Excellent written and verbal communication skills β Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities β Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively β Creativity and a passion for digital marketing Preferred Qualifications: β Knowledge and experience in ISMATβs field of work β Digital Marketing Certifications β 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing To Apply: You can send your resumes to sakinalal@ismat.in or hr@ismat.in Job Type: Full-time Pay: βΉ15,000.00 - βΉ28,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 17/06/2025
