Job Description

Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Manage relationships with existing suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and requirements. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements. Coordinate the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contract terms. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations. Identify and implement strategies to streamline the purchasing process and reduce costs. Provide regular reports and updates to management on purchasing activities and performance metrics.
