The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence. Job Description: Note: Digital marketing executive responsibilities include creating content, managing campaigns and optimizing, activities and promotions experience preferably from Recruitment & IT Consulting companies. Responsibilities: As a DME, you will be involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. Create and optimize content for social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms. Analyze data to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Use digital tools to improve marketing tactics. Ensure the smooth implementation of digital marketing campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ensure the smooth implementation of digital marketing campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. Must have 3 - 6 Years of experience in digital marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and social media management platforms. Key aspects of A/B testing and CRO Strong expertise in content marketing, email automation, and CRM tools. Creative content creation Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Search Engine Marketing or Performance Marketing Creative designs Social Media Marketing Data analysis Innovation and adaptation AI and ML Having strong expertise on digital channels and tools to achieve the goals Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
