As a Trainee Recruiter for the UK & Europe, you will be part of a dynamic recruitment team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries and job functions. This role is designed for individuals looking to start a career in recruitment, with opportunities for growth and progression into a recruitment consultant or other senior roles within the agency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop in the recruitment industry. IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms). Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and internal databases to find suitable candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings. Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach a diverse range of candidates across the UK and Europe. Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video interviews. Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Prepare candidate shortlists for hiring managers. Write and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and accurate. Assist senior recruiters in managing client relationships across the UK & Europe. Maintain a basic understanding of client needs and company culture. Communicate with clients to update them on candidate progress.
