Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ad campaign management, and analytics, with a strong ability to execute end-to-end marketing strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of paid advertising platforms, SEO, SEM, and performance metrics. The candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with excellent growth opportunities as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across META (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI by tracking and improving ROAS, CTR, CAC, PPC, and other KPIs.
• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic to the website.
• Create and maintain marketing dashboards, analyzing performance metrics and generating weekly reports.
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure brand consistency across digital channels (posts, reels, UGC videos, etc.).
• Monitor competitor campaigns and identify trends for strategic planning.
• Handle customer cashback programs, ensuring timely disbursals and tracking redemption data for marketing analysis.
• Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and audience-targeted campaigns for product launches and brand promotions.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and approve ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Ensure website performance, oversee updates, and drive continuous improvements for user experience and conversions.
Key Skills & Technical Requirements
• Proficiency in META Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with ad budget allocation, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing KPIs and analytics tools.
• Ability to work with content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and dashboard creation (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand aesthetics and audience engagement.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
• Increase in website traffic and brand visibility.
• Improved ad performance with ROAS of 3x or higher.
• Execution of minimum 4–5 impactful campaigns per month.
• Enhanced customer engagement and lead generation via digital channels.
• Effective cashback management leading to improved customer retention.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• 15–20% monthly increase in followers and engagement rates.
• Minimum 20% website traffic growth in the first six months.
• Consistent delivery of weekly performance dashboards and reports.
• Timely execution of cashback programs with accuracy.
• Achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets through digital efforts.
Additional Information
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 3 years in digital marketing and performance campaign execution.
• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
