Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage, execute, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive high-quality leads and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) from concept to execution.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS), and make data-driven optimizations.
• Manage and monitor advertising budgets efficiently to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet performance goals.
• Develop compelling and conversion-focused ad copy and work with the Graphic Designer to ensure creative assets are high-performing.
• Set up and track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with PPC and paid social media industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in managing and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, retargeting, and full-funnel paid strategies.
• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in data interpretation.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
