Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to enhance our organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic to Maxforce IT Solutions' website. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing comprehensive SEO strategies, covering both on-page and off-page optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Perform thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new content opportunities and optimize existing content.
• Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexation) and collaborate with the development team to implement necessary changes.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, image alt text, and internal linking structure.
• Develop and execute effective link building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Monitor competitor SEO activity and identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed SEO performance reports and present findings to the marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of current SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
