Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns. The role also includes assisting the HR team with basic HR tasks as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is primarily focused on digital marketing but can provide support in HR administration when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEM, social media, email marketing.
• Create, curate, and manage content for websites, and social media channels.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance digital marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Design creative marketing assets using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and other relevant design platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

HR Assistance (Supportive Role Only)

• Assist the HR team with basic administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records.
• Help in scheduling interviews or coordinating on-boarding activities.
• Support HR in employee engagement activities or internal communication as needed.
• Assist the HR team with basic administrative tasks and provide support for other HR-related activities as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with HR processes (administrative support) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting campaign performance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of HR administrative tasks is an added advantage.
• Certification in digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
