Location: Cuttack / KolkataCompany: U3S Engitech Pvt. Ltd.Salary: ₹8 – ₹10 LPA (Based on experience and skillset)

Position: Hydraulic Design Engineer

Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 5+ years in Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Design of Power Hydraulic Systems (Power Units & Valve Stands)

Key Responsibilities:
* Design custom hydraulic circuits per client requirements.

* Create P&ID drawings and generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for:
* Power Units with Accumulators* Valve Stands* Electronic Valve Assemblies* Special Application Pumps* Select and size hydraulic valves/components, including proportional and servo valves with PID control.

* Analyze and troubleshoot hydraulic circuits from drawings or on-site systems.
* Validate circuit performance and outputs post-execution.* Collaborate with drafting teams for detailed design.

* Provide technical support to the production department and suggest alternatives across manufacturers.

Skill Set Required:

* Strong understanding of P&ID for Hydraulic Circuits
* Proficiency in Electro-Hydraulic Valve Design (Proportional & Servo with PID)

* Component sizing and selection expertise
* Working knowledge of Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) Manufacturing

* Practical troubleshooting skills for complex hydraulic systems
