Hydraulic Design Engineer (Industrial)

Skill Set : Complete understanding of P & ID for Hydraulic Circuits, ElectroHydraulic Valves
(Proportional and Servo) design with PID loops, Sizing of Hydraulic Valves and Components, ability to designP & ID and select valves as per customer application, Knowledge of Hydraulic Power Unit ManufacturingJob Responsibilities:1. Create Hydraulic Circuiits as per customerrequirement (Mostly Large Steel and Power Industry, Defense Units)2. Create Bill of Materials from P & ID Drawings (Power Unit with Accumulators, Valve Stand, Electronic Valve Assemblies, Special Application Pumps)3. Ability to identify a valve, it's mounting and suggest suitable alternatives from various manufacturers4. Identification of issues in Hydraulic Circuits and components upon inspection of Drawing and Physical systems5.Check expected output and results after execution of a hydraulic circuit6.Ability to understand operational working ofHydraulic Power Unit and Valves(including Servo and proportional)7. Assisting Drafting team with design of Power Units and Valve Stands8. Coordinate with Production Department for system based queries
