Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools to optimize strategy.
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Generate reports and insights to improve content performance and audience engagement.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their brand objectives and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing and advertising trends to bring innovative ideas to campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in a digital marketing/advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and community management.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and email marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
