Datagrid Labs is the extended back-office of our parent companies – Al Safwan Marine (Sharjah) with 80+ employees delivering marine inspections & services, and Louis Safety (Abu Dhabi) with 70+ employees specializing in fire & safety design, repairs, and maintenance.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, strong creative thinking, and the ability to work closely with designers and other team members to deliver impactful results.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, learn leadership skills, and grow into a managerial position.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and website content updates.
• Coordinate with the design team to create creatives, posts, and ad materials.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support senior managers in overall marketing strategies and client communications.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
• Experience in campaign management and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of designing tools (preferred).
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Compensation
Salary will be finalized within the provided range based on performance during the selection process. Candidates with higher levels of knowledge, skills, and expertise may be offered a package above the stated range.
