Job Description

You will be responsible for advising management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports. Your role will involve developing and reviewing company policies in alignment with existing laws. Additionally, you will be expected to create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. Regularly auditing company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks as per the laws and regulations will be a key part of your duties. Furthermore, you will need to ensure that all concerned employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes. Qualification Required: - LLB-Law degree with specialization in any field Key Responsibilities: - Advise management on compliance with laws and regulations - Develop and review company policies to align with laws - Create and manage action plans for audit findings and compliance issues - Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents for compliance - Educate employees on the latest regulations and processes Please note: Having full knowledge of Ayurvedic Siddhartha & Unani Drugs Act (AYUSH), Cosmetic & Drug Act, FASSI (Food Act) is essential for this role.,
