About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and finance-savvy Digital Marketing Executive who can manage the complete digital presence of two brands — FinMentor (finance-expert platform) and Investmentor Securities Ltd. (full-service stock broking).
The ideal candidate understands financial markets, social media trends, and content creation, and can drive engagement across all platforms with consistency and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow official pages on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp communities.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule for both brands.
  • Actively respond to comments, DMs, and community queries to build trust and engagement.

2. Content Planning & Trend Research

  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals & market trends.
  • Research finance trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies.
  • Convert complex finance topics into simple, engaging content pieces.

3. Scriptwriting & Content Creation

  • Write scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, expert videos, product videos, educational content, and promotional reels.
  • Draft high-quality captions, copywriting content, emailers, WhatsApp messages, and marketing creatives.
  • Craft storytelling and educational content around markets, finance, trading, and personal finance.

4. Graphic Designing (Canva)

  • Create professional and visually engaging creatives on Canva

reels, posts, carousels, infographics, guides, quotes, announcements, webinars, product showcases, etc.

  • Maintain consistent design language across both brands.

5. Product Awareness & Strategy

  • Understand product offerings of both brands and build strategies accordingly.
  • For FinMentor: expert consultations, app features, finance topics.
  • For Investmentor: MTF, IPO updates, market insights, trading & investing content.
  • Identify which content formats & platforms work best for each product.
  • Suggest campaign ideas to increase reach, leads, and conversions.

6. Calendar Execution & Coordination

  • Ensure every post goes live as per the pre-planned calendar.
  • Coordinate with founders, designers, finance experts, and research team when required.
  • Maintain quality control on all communications.

7. Engagement & Community Growth

  • Improve page engagement through innovative storytelling and interactive content.
  • Run high-engagement formats like polls, Q&A’s, explainers, FAQs, breaking news, and trend-based reels.
  • Build and nurture WhatsApp groups for education & updates.

8. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, saves, shares, growth, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Adjust strategies based on analytics.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of stock market, trading basics, investments, mutual funds, IPOs, market news, etc.
  • Excellent scriptwriting, storytelling & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva (must).
  • Creative mindset + trend awareness.
  • Ability to simplify finance concepts into relatable content.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage two brands simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads.
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush).
  • Experience in finance, fintech, or stock market–related roles.
  • Ability to shoot basic content using phone (optional).
