As a Legal Compliance Officer at our company based in Ludhiana, your role will involve ensuring that the company operates within the legal framework of Ayurvedic Siddhartha & Unani Drugs Act (AYUSH), Cosmetic & Drug Act, and FASSI (Food Act). Your responsibilities will include: - Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports - Develop and review company policy as per existing laws - Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations - Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks as per the laws & regulations - Ensure concerned employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes Qualifications required for this position include: - Minimum 1 year of experience in legal compliance - LLB-Law degree with specialization in any field Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines - Work independently and handle tasks effectively If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a challenging opportunity in legal compliance, we welcome you to apply for this position.,
