Company Secretary- Fresher

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) Fresher/Trainee to support our legal and compliance department. This role is ideal for candidates who have basic knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and secretarial practices . Completion of CS course is not mandatory, but a genuine interest in corporate compliance and regulatory affairs is essential. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting minutes, notices, resolutions, and agenda for Board and General Meetings Support compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws Help maintain statutory registers and records Assist in filing forms and returns with MCA and other regulatory bodies Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related requirements Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary and Legal teams Stay updated on latest amendments and regulatory changes Basic Requirements: Graduate in Commerce, Law, or related fields (B.Com / BBA / LLB preferred) Basic knowledge of corporate laws, especially the Companies Act Good drafting and communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good to Have (Not Mandatory): Familiarity with MCA portal and e-filing process Exposure to secretarial audit, compliance tracker, or legal research Internship or project experience in corporate law or compliance Soft Skills: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Integrity and confidentiality Willingness to learn and grow in a corporate environment Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift
