Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about all things digital, has a strong analytical mindset, and is ready to drive measurable results. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing our digital campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads/sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). Create engaging content and manage community interactions.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Marketing (SEM): Assist in managing and optimizing SEO efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building. Manage and execute paid search (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to distribute blogs, videos, case studies, and other assets through appropriate digital channels.
  • Email Marketing: Support the design, execution, and analysis of email campaigns (e.g., newsletters, promotional emails) to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze performance across all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Website Management: Perform basic updates and ensure the website is optimized for conversion and user experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • SEO/SEM: Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
