Clinic Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Aesthetic Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinic or healthcare management, a passion for aesthetics, and exceptional leadership and customer service skills.

Clinic Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
• Manage inventory of Client Record, Medical Records and Cosmetic Supplies,
• Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance teams, and external service providers.

Team Management:

• Lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team, including aestheticians, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff, ensuring optimal coverage and professional development.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Marketing:

• Support marketing initiatives, including promotions, events, and social media content.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to promote services and increase client acquisition.
• Monitor client retention and satisfaction metrics, and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a managerial role within an aesthetic clinic, dermatology practice.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments for hair and skin (e.g., PRP, laser, Botox, fillers, microneedling, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
