Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and oversee social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Create and optimize content for the website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve website visibility and ranking.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and ensure campaigns deliver optimal ROI.
  • Track marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
