Job Description

We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketer with an Educator mindset to design, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies while also educating students, trainees, or internal teams on digital marketing concepts. The ideal candidate combines hands-on marketing expertise with strong teaching, mentoring, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities-Digital Marketing Responsibilities,Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Create, curate, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Optimize websites and landing pages for conversions and user experience Educational & Training ResponsibilitiesTeach digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices to students or trainees Design lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and practical assignments Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions Mentor learners on real-world projects, case studies, and portfolio development Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into teaching content Required Skills & Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content, analytics) Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, CMS) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred QualificationsTeaching, training, or mentoring experience in digital marketing Industry certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) Experience in edtech, training institutes, or academic environments Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools Key CompetenciesInstructional design and curriculum development Data-driven decision-making Creativity and strategic thinking Adaptability and continuous learning Collaboration and leadership What We Offer Opportunity to shape future digital marketers Collaborative and growth-focused work environment Access to learning resources and industry tools Competitive salary and professional development opportunities
