Role Overview We're seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to amplify PeopleAtom's mission by building our digital presence, engaging our exclusive C-suite community, and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute content marketing strategies for C-suite executives Create compelling content including thought leadership articles, executive insights, and AI-focused resources Build and nurture online community through strategic social media engagement, particularly LinkedIn Support marketing for invitation-only summits, roundtables, and executive events Manage email marketing campaigns for network members Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms Requirements Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing, preferably B2B or professional services Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email platforms) Excellent written communication with ability to craft executive-level messaging Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation Experience with content management systems and marketing automation Preferred: Knowledge of AI and workplace technology trends Community building experience What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Hybrid work flexibility Exposure to India's most influential HR leadership ecosystem Professional development opportunities Direct access to C-suite executives and strategic initiatives Show more Show less
