Digital Marketing Associate – Full-Stack Growth

What You'll Own

go-to person for all things marketing

Build and execute the
growth strategy
for customer acquisition and engagement
Design and run
multi-channel digital campaigns
across:
Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube
SEO/ASO and content marketing
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X, Discord
Lead
email & WhatsApp automation
, nurture campaigns, and retargeting
Optimize landing pages, funnels, and app onboarding experience (CRO)
Coordinate with designers, content creators, influencers, student ambassadors
Analyze campaign data and iterate using metrics (CAC, ROI, CTR, LTV etc.)

Your Toolkit

We’re looking for someone who’s:

Hands-on with
Meta/Google Ads
, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
Experienced in
SEO
, keyword research, and ASO (App Store Optimization)
Proficient with tools like Canva, Figma, Buffer/Hootsuite, Zapier, Mailchimp
Familiar with growth-hacking tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Notion, etc.
Bonus: basic video editing or creative storytelling for reels/shorts
