Role Overview

UI/UX Developer


Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, aspirational, and engaging user experiences for web and mobile (React/React Native)
  • Own design systems: typography, color palette, iconography, and component library
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and mockups in Figma
  • Translate user needs and behaviors into usable interface flows
  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Apply gamification and motivation design elements
  • Iterate based on customer feedback and usability testing
  • (Optional) Implement UI components in React + Tailwind (if you're hands-on with code)


Required Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in UI/UX Design for web and/or mobile apps
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, clean visual design, and product intuition
  • Proficiency with Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Tokens)
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
  • Ability to balance simplicity, clarity, and engagement especially for student users


Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, React, or Framer Motion
  • Familiarity with EdTech, exam prep products, or gamified platforms
  • Past work with AI/ML-based interfaces (e.g., personalization modules)
  • Understanding of accessibility and performance best practices
